The sickness is back again!

Jarrett and I took a short trip and we returned home to find that the majority of the kids hadn't been feeling well. I ended up keeping Gabriel home on Thursday to take him to the doctor to see if he had strep throat because he had been complaining about his throat for days. 

Turns out he had strep throat and the doctor said, "Well he probably got it from someone else in your family and the rest of you are next."  I kept Gabriel home from school. At the end of the school day I picked up Michael and Isabelle and Michael's first words in the car were, "Mom, my ear hurts now too."  So back to the minute clinic we went. Yep, turns out he had strep throat AND ear infection.

The doctor then said, "You guys are for sure next."  As I got home I realized Isabelle's snotty nose had gotten worse and then Madelyn started coughing.  It seems that it is again going through our house.  I seem to hand out medication like a pharmacist but now two days later, the boys seems to be getting better.  The girls are about the same or worse.

Here's hoping we can celebrate the Easter Bunny coming (can't wait to blog about what I've got planned- remember it is also April fools too) and be healthy on Monday as we start the month of April.
