Sometimes I wonder why we should ever buy actual kids toys. Some of Isabelle's favorite things to do are to empty out my pots and pans drawer, play with all of our Tupperware bowls and to play like this...
Its a game we call, "Stir it up". And the only real way to play is if Mom sings Bob Marley's so appropriately named song by the same title.
Usually it starts with Isabelle using her spoon to stir up imaginary stuff in her bowl. The next move in the game varies, it can involve her putting a random item in her bowl and stirring that up, or...
it can also be putting the bowl on top of her head and dancing as mom continues to sing.
No matter how she decides to play,
it is a game she loves,
and mom doesn't mind playing either.
For each time we play, mom is guaranteed to see lots of smiles,
and all have lots of fun!
